REPORTS OF FRAUDULENT PHONE CALLS RE. MASTERCARD
Members have reported receiving robo-calls stating that their, "MasterCard" has been compromised. These calls are fraudulant. They are not from us or any of our vendors. To protect you from identity theft and fraud, Tigers DOES NOT request MasterCard or account information over the phone. If you receive a phone call regarding a compromised MasterCard, simply hang up. Do not respond. DO NOT give out any personal data lnformation over the phone
VIRTUAL BRANCH BROWSER REQUIREMENTS
Tigers Credit Union is following industry standards and is disabling the use of SSL 3.0 within our website, including
Virtual Branch and Bill Pay XL. Most current web browsers won’t notice any change in the way you interact with our
system. However, if you use an older browser, such as Internet Explorer 6.0 and earlier, you will need to update to a
