Partner in Education
Tigers Community Credit Union celebrated 10 years of partnership with the Columbia Public Schools! Our friends at New Haven Elementary invite us and Tigersquirrel® to all the fun things. We are happy to support them in any way we can and make an investment in Columbia's bright and beautiful future.
Tigers Community Recognized as "Business of the Year" at ServMO's Show Me Service Awards
The credit union was nominated by AmeriCorps St. Louis for our “above and beyond” commitment to the community in 2024. From donation drives, event sponsorships, and monetary donations to group volunteer efforts, we logged 941 service hours including our all staff volunteer day in which employees volunteered at 10 different sites throughout St. Louis and Columbia and raised $8,640 for our Denim for Dollars initiative.
“It was an honor to be nominated by our partners at AmeriCorps St. Louis,” praised Lori Hudson, Community Outreach Manager, who attended the ceremony in Jefferson City.

Teaching Financial Literacy
We know knowledge is power. Throughout the year, we host numerous webinars and seminars that cover a variety of financial topics. We believe there is a direct line from the financial success of our communities to our success.

Donating Denim for Dollars
With our Denim for Dollars program, Tigers Community employees raise money for local charities by donating $1 to wear jeans on Fridays. Since the launch in 2016, our employees have raised and donated $46,639!

Volunteering in the Community
We are committed to service and helping our communities thrive. We ask every employee to participate in volunteer opportunities throughout the year to support our local schools, charities, chambers and the city of Columbia.
2024 In the Community Highlights

How shredding can protect your identity
Even if you’re really careful about the information you put online, your printed files can still be an easy target for identity thieves and should never go directly in the trash.
To help you protect your personal information, we periodically host shred days at our Columbia locations. We bring a data destruction truck to our parking lot where you can shred your outdated sensitive documents for FREE.
