What are your branch hours?
All three Columbia branches are open Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 9–5 • Wed 10–5. Bluff Creek also has Saturday lobby hours (9–Noon). Drive-thru video tellers at Bluff Creek and Westbury Village stay open until 6 PM on weekdays and are open Saturday mornings. Check each branch card above for exact details.
Do you charge ATM fees?
No fees at any Tigers Community ATM. We're also part of the CO-OP ATM network—30,000+ surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. Out-of-network ATMs may charge a fee plus the ATM owner's surcharge.
What is a video teller?
A live teller on a video screen. At Bluff Creek and Westbury Village, it's at the drive-thru lane—handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers without coming inside. At 9th Street, it's a walk-in video teller available during lobby hours. Learn more »
What is shared branching?
Shared branching lets you do transactions at 5,500+ participating credit unions across the country. Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments—just bring a valid photo ID and your account number. Note: the 9th Street branch does not accept Shared Branch transactions through the Video Teller or with staff (ATM is available).
Who can join Tigers Community Credit Union?

Are your branches wheelchair accessible?
Yes. All Tigers Community branches are ADA-accessible with wheelchair-friendly entrances, parking, and service areas. Drive-thru lanes at Bluff Creek and Westbury Village are also accessible.
